The service I have received from the sales team at John Peters has been exceptional. Having left everything to the last minute as most people do just before the Christmas season, they have gone out of their way to ensure I could receive the furniture ordered before Christmas, with less than two weeks notice! I had tried over twenty other stockists who did not appear to have the contacts or relationship with the supplier to make the necessary arrangements. I came across John Peters Furnishings while searching the net for Natuzzi furniture for our home in the UK. I currently live in Dubai but knew what I wanted as I had visited the Natuzzi store in Dubai. I asked for a quotation and have ordered the furniture - due to the excellent customer service and prompt responses. Dear John Peters Please find enclosed a Cheque for £20; this is for the two delivery men who delivered my two sofas on Tuesday 21st October 2008. I would have given them the cash, but they had gone before I had the chance. They were exceptional in the service they provided by way of carrying my three seated sofa up 6 flights of steps to my flat. I realize they did not have to do this and could have just told me that as it would not fit in the lift they could not deliver it.
