Business Dream Ltd (BDL) has now ceased to trade. Some customers will be left in the position of having paid a deposit and not having received their goods.
Oak Contract Solutions Ltd. (OCS) has purchased all the assets of BDL and will be trying to satisfy those orders over the next few weeks. This company is now working with suppliers to find out what it is able to do to help with the supply of your order. This is a big job and will take a while to process so please be patient.

Some frequently asked questions…
Answer – if you paid by Credit Card, the answer is Yes if OCS cannot supply and No if OCS can supply. If you paid by cash or cheque, you will not be able to get a refund and should write to the Liquidator. He has written to you we believe.
Answer- all orders will be treated on the same basis.
Answer – OCS is fully responsible for all goods they supply to you, even if they are fulfilling an order placed with BDL.
Answer – OCS has no responsibility for service issues for goods supplied by BDL. We also do not have access to those files at this time. If you have a serious problem, OCS will look at it as a gesture of goodwill, but please do not contact us before Nov. 28th. as we will be concentrating firstly on the supply of customer orders.
