John Peters Delivery Service
We offer a number of delivery options available for our products, detailed below. When you view your shopping basket you will see which service is applicable to each product.
Delivery is available for only £40.00 (with minimum order value of £500.00 outside Yorkshire).
White Glove Delivery Service
Unlike many other furniture retailers, John Peters believe that customer service should not stop when your product leaves the store. To this end, we are happy to announce our White Glove Delivery Service.
When using our White Glove delivery service, you can be assured of the following:
- Delivery will be prompt and on time.
- Our delivery crew will be polite and courteous.
- We will assemble and place your new furniture for you, with the minimum of fuss.
- We will remove and dispose of any waste packaging which came with your furniture.
Some products are not covered by this service. Such products will be marked in your Shopping Basket.
Beds Delivery Service
When we delivery your bed, you can be sure of our staff being polite and courteous!
We will as standard deliver your bed to you, however we are also able to offer on-site assembly, positioning and disposal of packaging. See our Terms and Conditions for further details.
Our Bed delivery service is only available within Yorkshire - if you are outside this area you will need to arrange your own collection from the warehouse.
Mattresses will be left in their packaging unless you request our delivery crew to unpack. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Delivery Only
Applicable to certain items on the site, we will deliver these products to you in a neat and orderly manner, but are unable to offer assembly or packaging disposal.
Any such products will be marked as Delivery Only in your shopping basket.
